Manifestation is the process of making one’s desires or thoughts come true. It can be seen as a form of creative visualization, and it is often the reason why people go to therapy. It has been used by many spiritual teachers and practitioners, such as Tony Robbins. Manifestation does not work on its own; it requires active participation from the person trying to manifest their desires into reality. This can be done by focusing on positive feelings and thoughts about life outside of it, such as vacations or just an enjoyable time with one’s friends.
“Ask for what you want and be prepared to get it.”
In order to understand what a manifestation is, we have to first learn what it is not. A manifestation is not an event that just happens by random chance. It does not come from a magical source or from the power of the mind alone. Instead, a manifestation starts with a seed of thought and turns into an idea.
